Remote/office freedom, nice people, pay was good, desktop/field balance, field gear supplied, interesting projects.

Cons

Was hired on during a time of no work for some reason so little to no work for me to do. Felt like they do not have a great system for setting up new employees with work, lower level employees have to "find" work if their direct manager has no work for them. However, the other managers generally have people under them so they get their work. I got unlucky, felt I did everything I could.

Lack of available projects for some or; Too many projects for others UB is the main focus, and you are expected to find your own work. If you are unable to, your performance will tank Often stuck in the same repetitive projects Others work 60+ hours to achieve a decent performance rating, not compensated enough for it.
