There's a strong, collaborative nature at ERM and the people here overall are very nice, open to discussions, and upskilling. There are great opportunities with large clients. There is encouragement for work life balance and to pursue your interests. General working consensus to help the environment and challenge the corporate structures.

Cons

Old school hierarchical set up - although not all teams function that way. Bottom line is to bring in profit which can be hard to balance with improving society on projects. Salary's are not as competitive unless you are higher up / partner level, non transparent process for raises. They emphasize business over technical pathways.
