      Pros

      Health benefits were excellent. Ability to recruit young, energetic consultants.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Couldn't retain talent because of a lack of career path and salary.

      Pros

      - Interesting projects; still learning on a regular basis after 4-years - Interesting people that are always willing to help - Great benefits, lots of options, great 401k match - Seem to keep employees involved in trying new policies, and whether to keep or cut them - Ability to travel for work is nice when the opportunities arise - VERY health and safety focused in the field

      Cons

      - Focus on billable utilization for junior staff can hard to keep up with goals. This can make work/life balance a challenge, but this seems to be typical in the industry (for better or worse). - What it takes for promotion of junior staff seems to vary by office, some promote quickly, others seems to lag - not a lot of transparency as to why
