      The work environment, especially within the M&A team in London, is extremely challenging and toxic. There seems to be a significant issue with professional conduct, with partners behaving inappropriately and displaying a lack of respect for their colleagues. Moreover, there are unethical practices, such as poaching clients from other countries or service lines, which contribute to a very hostile and competitive atmosphere.
