      Pros

      If you want to have some real impact that goes beyond just putting together a fancy PowerPoint, if you want to work with colleagues who have deep domaine expertise who understand how to address global sustainability challenges, then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change going on at ERM, which is healthy, but can be frustrating from time to time.

      As a senior professional, I joined ERM 5 years ago and have been so impressed by the growth opportunities as well as the commercial focus of the business. At ERM, it's about building strong collaborative relationships internally as well as with our clients. I've been so impressed by the breadth and depth of expertise at all levels.

      Cons

      Very strong emphasis on operational business metrics but if you work hard and align with overall business strategy, you will be fairly rewarded.
