      Pros

      I love the people that work at ERM and the work culture. I have been with the company for 15+ years and have had many opportunities to grow and develop my career in ways that I couldn't have imagined at the start of my career. My managers and senior leaders over the years have been very supportive in helping me identify roles to continue to stretch myself and grow my career.

      Cons

      It is a consulting firm, so it is sometimes necessary to put in extra time to meet deadlines.
