A brilliant company to start a career as a consultant with, particularly in the ecology and biodiversity team. Lots of support and help from colleagues in a professional and less formal way. Also progression opportunities.

Cons

It’s just a big corporate company, and that didn’t work for me. It’s highly structured and, as it’s so large, you’re one small cog that specialises in one small area.

- Various fields of tasks to work on - Hardworking and challenging environment - Great and considerable resources available for self-development

Cons

- Make sure the boss and the management like you unless you're screwed. - Working highly over hours and on the weekends is a common practice. - Pay gap between employees of at the same level is very high. - Most of colleagues are underpaid. - Most employees don’t feel a sense of engagement with the company as shown by statistics internally.
