Pros

Great experience with high quality clients. Demanding project managers that expect excellence and it’s great to know everyone around you has high expectations for themselves and you.

Cons

Can’t think of any. In fact I was surprised that there were negatives listed here so I jumped on to state my experience. I was here five years and it was a fabulous learning environment. I’d still be working there if divorce hadn’t changed my circumstances.

Can’t think of any. Disgusting organization that does abysmal work.

Cons

Everyone who works here is mean. The reporting is awful. Everything is unorganized. They will make you do repititive, tedious, frivolous, meaningless, pointless work day in and day out with no thanks.

The company allows you to learn and attend educational conferences. The projects are diverse and a lot of resources.

Cons

Work life balance is tough especially when it's a busy season and your required billability can be pretty high. Variability in quality of project managers and line managers. Compensation is low for beginning consultants
