Pros

Great place to learn and gain experience in multiple sectors and even across regions. They prioritize H&S of their people and are openly inclusive (DE&I). The projects we work on can be very interesting.

Cons

Base salary is barely competitive, the annual increases are not paired with inflation and salary increases after promotions are on the lower side (10-12%). Most importantly, the work-life balance is off; people burn out here.
