This company does not have a single pro. Just terrible.

Cons

1) Very VERY toxic. Management is incredibly unorganized and just plain horrible. They just talk but don't do anything for their employees. During a company meeting they said that thank you emails were a waste of time. 2) They don't see you as a person rather a machine. Be prepared to work 60 even 70 hours per week. I worked on average, 60+ hours every week...oh, and you don't get paid overtime. 3) Lack of transparency. I did not even know what time I was going to start work on my first day...I think that says enough about this place.

Company is flexible with working at home. Entrepreneurial atmosphere where employees are encouraged to grow and are mentored with stretch goals. Work sharing across national and global boundaries happens easily and on a daily basis. Offices are located in city centers and financial centers (e.g. Denver, Seattle, New Orleans, Austin, Houston, Toronto, London, etc.).

oversee travel, different culture and experience good communication and connection with other offices

Cons

too many dogs and pony shows poor management system; overlap to each others, no ownership but milk the project money not treating well to technical expert financially, absolutely no benefit
