Pros

I enjoy the benefits of comprehensive insurance coverage for your family, including your spouse and up to three children, with generous benefits. Our flexible work options allow you to work from the comfort of your home or at the office, giving you the freedom to choose what suits you best. Plus, there are ample opportunities for collaboration with ERM offices worldwide.

Cons

Similar to other consulting roles, this job demands a high level of dedication from us as employees, often requiring long hours of work. As a key performance indicator (KPI), ERM uses the term 'Useful Billability (UB)' to assess how much time we devote to project work within a week. It's relatively easy to justify this when we have an active project but can be quite challenging when we don't have ongoing assignments.
