Pros

Good clients, timely pay off salary

Cons

Unnecessary stress of numbers day in day out with UB being only focus area. BUMPs and Area Managers follow up for filling timesheet - will be great to have such a role in the future where we don't interact with people to ask what they want Random furlough, layoffs without proper golden handshake and nepotism

Pros

Great flexibility to work from home. Lots of diversity for the type of work and you can work with a lot of different groups, like Sustainability, Capital Projects, Digital Services, etc.,

Cons

Not a good place for mid-level people. Senior leadership is so detached that they fail to understand the people; it's all about numbers (billability). They offer little to no guidance/mentorship, and it is a very heavy "entrepreneur" atmosphere where you have to find work yourself; management will not help. If they do find you work, you have one shot to hit a homerun, or you get benched by the Partner/PM for months. They haven't hit sales goals in a year because work is super slow, but they keep hiring folks because "they have growth goals to meet.", Meanwhile, 20 people are sitting around with less than 10 hours of work. And as people leave, they just pile their work on someone else instead of spreading it out across the dozens of people available.

Pros

Some of my colleagues are the smartest people I’ve known. The staff overall are great people and very inclusive. Benefits at this company are some of the best I have had. Good work life balance. And flexibility of work schedule.

Cons

You really have to be a self starter to make it in this company. You have to take time to connect with others so you are busy enough to meet your goals. That being said most of the goals are unrealistic. My goals have been met multiple times but I have been given the “run around” every time promotions are available as to why nothing was given to me. And was never given any explanation why I never received one. If you are going to set goals for promotions you should follow them. I was under the impression that the organization is very too heavy and they had to slow down in promotions which is fine but you need to convey that information to the employees working hard to meet those goals. In the business unit I am in I have had weird experiences with some of the staff of just genuine unprofessionalism and rudeness. Every company has this but it’s been extremely noticeable. I found that most of the projects I worked on were highly under budgeted and I never could produce the quality of work that I would have liked to.
