      Salaries are pretty poor/below average. The business would rather pay more for external hires to replace roles than give the existing holders market rate. You can get exposure to a lot as the business is rapidly growing. They have some great leaders within the organisation. The staff are great and you can create some great friendships. Hybrid model of working

      Cons

      PE investors can place a lot of pressure on the business in search of growth and sometimes that means salary rises is limited. The hours can be quite horrendous at times. You really need a good partner behind your function/team to progress.
