Cons
Limited guidance or support from project managers. Often no opportunities are provided to work directly on projects, to observe interactions during meetings or contribute to projects. Formal training is restricted and on the job training is rarely provided by seniors. High billable targets that need to be reached and a largely competitive working environment where cooperation and learning is not encouraged.
