Pros

Great flexibility to work from home. Lots of diversity for the type of work and you can work with a lot of different groups, like Sustainability, Capital Projects, Digital Services, etc.,

Cons

Not a good place for mid-level people. Senior leadership is so detached that they fail to understand the people; it's all about numbers (billability). They offer little to no guidance/mentorship, and it is a very heavy "entrepreneur" atmosphere where you have to find work yourself; management will not help. If they do find you work, you have one shot to hit a homerun, or you get benched by the Partner/PM for months. They haven't hit sales goals in a year because work is super slow, but they keep hiring folks because "they have growth goals to meet.", Meanwhile, 20 people are sitting around with less than 10 hours of work. And as people leave, they just pile their work on someone else instead of spreading it out across the dozens of people available.
