Pros

Very interesting projects for mostly Fortune 500 clients; employees are encouraged to work on the types of projects that interest them most; management shows interest in employees' career growth.

Cons

Salaries seem a little on the low side, though the health benefits and bonuses seem very competitive with other similar firms

Not great if you are a junior level employee.

Pros

Good benefits, lots of different services offered to learn about, the company's size helps makes it easier to survive economic downturn better that others.

Cons

The company doesn't provide career development opportunities to their employees. I think that if you are more upper level, such as Project Manager or above, it can be a pretty good place to work. The junior level staff does not get treated very well. The politics are bad.

International appeal, lots of exciting projects worldwide

Cons

All the profit sharing is among the senior partners, the project managers and mid level staffs get a meager amount
