Pros
The hiring manager of the CNC team was amazing. Very respectful of his employees and what they all brought to the table. Flexible work environment, great team members.
Cons
Horrible management, they didn't care about their employees at all. They would use the same insurance provider even though it would cost the employees close to $1000 per month out of pocket. They were not open to suggestions or change. They completely revamped the managed services structure to replace with non CNC people to save money. A lot of talk, very little action.
