Pros

ERP Suites (Server Suites, LLC.) has a number of wonderful, highly skilled employees that care about each other.

Cons

Organizational management is considerably lacking. Leadership is starving for positive acknowledgement. No accountability and no direction. The company is not respected in the industry.

Pros

Ability to learn and grow into different areas of IT. Management that really does care about you as an employee and person ! Work from home is available if you job allows. Flexibility with schedule when needed. Employer pays health insurance premiums 100% for their employees. Your work hard is recognized and rewarded. (You have to earn it though!) Generous PTO policy. (If not abused!) Competitive Pay

Cons

Sometimes you can work some long days especially when on call.

Pros

Learning environment with a ton of support that encourages growth within the company, tuition reimbursement, mentoring family like atmosphere, a relaxed workplace, honestly to many good things to list. I have worked at several companies and this is by far the best work environment I have ever had.

Cons

Lack of natural light as currently located in the underground section of a building.
