Pros

The position was remote and the schedule was somewhat flexible. Although, primarily dictated by the 30+ customers assigned to me.

Cons

Very low pay, insanely low with YEARS between raises. I was once give a raise of $1000.00 per year on my "salary" after 2 years of "discussions" about it and 3 years of no increase. As an 8 year senior Service Delivery Manager I was being paid below the low range of the salary for that position in Cincinnati OH.

Pros

This place doesn't really have any pros anymore. The remainder of available staff is what they could keep.

Cons

They laid off a decent percentage of their company recently and have not followed through in their promises. When they laid off everyone, they gave no warning, no severance, and no compassion. They then held a meeting that it was 'their responsibility', and yet they took no responsibility for it, they left everyone else to clean up their mess. The business doesn't really have any SOP, technical or contractual, and often offers promises they can't keep to both employees and customers. The infrastructure is questionable and my advice to you if you're interested in this company, is to thoroughly ask about it.

Pros

Customers are great if you enjoy industrial work

Cons

Company literslly doesnt have contracts for multiple customers. As in their contracts don't exist. Company has not grown in years. A huge portion of the work, including hosting, is outsourced to third parties. Dying industry, no plans for future.
