      1. ERPA team is very professional in handling situations. 2. They have really good immigration team. 3. The pay scale is at par with the market. 4. Encourages you to take training in other domain and provides logistics for the same.

      Pros

      HR Teams really takes every employee concerns as their top priority and resolves within very less time. IT Infra team encourages a lot to join for skills development training conducted very often to keep the employees updated in the market. ERPA provides Competitive salary and provides the bonus based on the yearly performance ratings .Very good health Benefits with multiple options to choose and encourages to participate in 401K plan for the future benefits.

      i didn't see any negatives or the things that i can suggest because management takes a immediate action on each and every ticket that created on self service.
