Pros

ERP Analyst is a great company to work for. They are an Oracle Platinum Partner and are a full service firm. They do Project based work ie. Implementations, upgrades and support for Oracle, PeopleSoft, BI projects, etc. and they also do staff augmentation to supplement resources to a corporation. They treat everyone here great and have good family values. They make sure to reach every members strengths and potential.

Cons

None that I can think of.
