Pros
The Workday Practice at ERPA is a great place to work! Leadership is very involved, personable, and actually wants to hear about any ideas that we have to improve processes. They also do their best to make sure everyone has work-life balance. It's also nice to work with a team of very experienced consultants! Everyone is so nice and willing to help others. It's a small/newer division within ERPA and it has a nice family-type of culture.
Cons
Not everything is built out yet like it is at a larger, more established partner, since the Workday practice just started a few years ago. But, for me personally, I see that as more of an opportunity than a con!
