      Pros

      Great work-life balance with the ability to work remotely. The company is stable and growing, which makes me feel secure in my role.

      Cons

      The workday practice is currently in a growth phase and is actively evolving its culture in India. Focusing more on fostering team collaboration and inclusivity could help further strengthen the overall work environment and create a more cohesive, supportive atmosphere for all employees.

      Pros

      Very inclusive company with great work-life balance, and wonderful coworkers, Strong team collaboration. Good bonus structure. I feel important and appreciated daily. Employees are encouraged to improve company processes.

      Cons

      Communications is the only con that comes to mind and the company and leadership has been working diligently trying to close the communication gap.

      One Year In and Still Happy Working in the Workday Practice

      Pros

      Employee centric culture is very real and tangible. Leaders care about work/life balance and (unlimited) time off is available and employees really take time off! Compensation and benefits are competitive and in line with the market. Leaders are strategic and realistic about company growth goals. Customers are treated as "partners" and good to work with. The Workday practice is relatively "flat" which gives individual contributors a lot of opportunities to shine and contribute to strategic initiatives and constantly pitch in on practice enhancements.

      Cons

      While I personally don't view this as a con, I recognize that some people would prefer not to work in an environment where a lot of tools and templates have to be created at the time of need. I personally think it gives me the flexibility to work on projects the way I want, but it does take time to create things that may or may not be reusable.
