Pros

For traveling supers get every 3rd wed (2.5 weeks) from wed-sun off to go home. Insurance is amazing and company covers majority of cost Some opportunity for growth

Cons

Opportunity for growth is mostly saved for those who are legacies to executives. They have no problem lowballing a salary to see if you bite and paying someone with less experience more.

Even though you’re told they don’t want you working more than 8 hours if you are night shift you will be working minimum 10 and most likely consistent 12s
