      Pros

      Truly impressive company! They understand it’s the people and not the marketing. I’ve worked within their retail division and it’s amazing how well they have structured their leadership. Any dedicated and motivated person can succeed based on their support structure. It’s a smart company who strives to go above and beyond. One can acquire superior mentorship and networking through ESI.

      Cons

      Difficult to be nomadic. Being on the road for a long amount of time can be difficult.
