You will learn a lot by working at ESI. Virtual prototyping is their slogan and that is what they do. Virtual manufacturing to virtual performance. You will get to know the tools and the process for virtual designing and evaluating a design.

Cons

ESI is a global company by name. In reality each subsidiary is treated as an independent unit. There is not much communication happening between the units. The units actually compete against one another. For example, their centers of excellence keep the technology to themselves so the subsidiaries go back to them to do work.
