Pros

This is the only place where I have worked where everyone is given a fair chance to pitch their ideas and treated with respect. Senior managers/VPs take the time to listen to new ideas. Faheem, the CEO, is friendly and really approachable to everyone.

Cons

Some people might be frustrated with the slower pace of IT releases, but it is understandable given that IT management wants to ensure the update works and is the best technology.
