Pros

ESL promotes a positive culture and provides a lot of fun events and perks for employees. The core values are nice and if everyone strived for them it would be an amazing environment to work in.

Cons

Accountability from the top down is not always great, which is a shame as it is a core value. The reality of how some people with power in the organization treat others is not great. This is not everyone and there are a lot of great people there but the fact that certain things are allowed or tolerated is not great. It brings the company as a whole down.

Cons

Hourly wage is horrible for the amount of stress and work load. The department is run by micro managing TYRANTS that fail to exemplify the core values.
