      Pros

      ESP is a good company to work for. Like every other companies out there it has room for improvements. When other companies had to terminate staff due to the NCDOT projects being shut down a couple of years ago, and the COVID pandemic we have managed to keep everyone on staff, without having to furlough anyone.

      Cons

      Vision insurance only covers eye exam, and health insurance coverage has room for improvement

      Pros

      As long as you a work hard, there is unlimited room for advancement. In general, most managers are looking to build up their team members to become successful in whatever they want to do. The work/life balance is nice as you can work around personal appointments, vacations, etc. They like to recognize & reward hard work & dedication.

      Cons

      Currently, the benefit package is behind companies of similar size. Other than that, the job is what you can make it. If you're a positive person, you'll enjoy a positive career here.
