Management always willing to train and teach.

Cons

Corporate office isn't especially welcoming, everyone just had their heads down working, not many social engagements organized by the company.

I have spent the past 4 years working at ESP Associates and can tell you that you won't find a better civil firm. I always felt appreciated for my work and once a couple of leadership changes occurred, the culture changed for the better almost overnight. If it weren't for my spouse's position being relocated, I would have retired at ESP.

Cons

Commuting times to the south side of Charlotte was difficult at times.

Excellent culture and work environment. Lots of opportunity to work in different areas and to learn if you have the desire to grow your skills & career. Leadership truly cares about the success of everyone.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is to have more health insurance options.
