First firm Ive come across that doesn’t see AutoCAD, CAD managing, etc. as a major necessity. Unaware of the national CAD standards. Don’t feel that drafters, designers and engineers are different positions and experience levels. Apparently don’t know there’s more then 2 colors in autocad. I can go on and on. Let’s just say there construction documents and file management are uuuugly! Benefits dont compare to other firms. Have to pay for employee only insurance across the board. Oh, They do offer free life insurance… less than your salary.
