      No pros i can honestly think of.

      Cons

      Horrible management, confusing direction, cocky personalities. If you wanna give your input on anything, expect it to be ignored.

      Pros

      Some projects can be unique but are out of money before starting. Quite a few overpaid and unskilled managers work here simply due to friendships with ownership group.

      Cons

      Refuses to provide proper PPE once the "new employee" feel wears off. Secretly changes position status and benefits without notifying employees until after-the-fact lost benefits are realized by employees. If you have a death in your immediate family it is not of concern to them and they consider it as a logical reason for termination. Constantly stealing from employees even garnishing paychecks if they have an accident in a company vehicle.
