Pros

The best coworkers you could ask for, great benefits, reasonable pay, extremely valuable entry level experience

Cons

Campus is located in Bristol, CT, where it's impossible to build a life outside of work - if you make friends there, they're guaranteed to be coworkers. I used all of my vacation days just to get as far away from CT as I could while I lived there.

Poor Upward Mobility

Pros

If you love sports it's great. Many athletes/ guests who visit are tremendous to talk and visit with. Often get to work with great technology and very good people

Cons

Upward mobility in operations is very poor almost nonexistent. Exceptional reviews, spot bonuses, taking on jobs outside your scope and responsibility do not lead to any promotions. Often work with minimum staff or constantly understaffed Management ruin your review for often trivial things a single tardiness or minor on air mistake.
