Pros

Great flexibility and variety, works well if you have small children/children in the school. No hassle. Can be first to know of any open positions in the school of your choice if you wanted to be a full time permanent employee there as you really get to know the school staff.

Cons

Pay is not that great and no benefits is the only down side.

Pros

WillSub+ app works well. Customer service resolved a question cheerfully, quickly, and efficiently. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Cons

1. I had to contact HR to have a long-term sub assignment paid at the higher, long-term rate. It appears to have been the result of a simple bookkeeping error. They resolved the matter promptly. 2. Enrollment for "Perks at Work" has not gone smoothly. It has not been a high priority for me, but is a nuisance.
