They have really Good people and the atmosphere at the school I specifically work at is amazing! But there a lot of problems within ESS that should be fixed.

Cons

Salary is horrible they need to bring it up and the benefits for subs especially those whom work 5 days every week or every other

Pros

Creat your own schedule. Work when you want. You're not limited to paraprofessional and can work in a different department. Great benefits. Retirement plan. Wide variety of districts to choose from. You don't have to answer to anyone just cancel 24 hours before you clock in. Most cases if school close early You're paid full wage. Friendly environment.

Cons

You have to work at least once a month which isn't bad at all. At times there may not be work available for weeks so schedule ahead to have work ready.

The money is not enough The job can get dangerous Middle school and High school kids have no respect for substitutes.
