Pros

Excellent pay. Flexible schedule. Choose when and where you work. Many resources to aid you in the classroom. Benefits available!

Cons

The same as all substitute teacher positions - You don't always know what you'll be teaching the next day.

Pros

No pros, there is mostly cons working here.

Cons

Poor company management, lack of communication, poor daily payment, does not meet the market wage and spending scales, over worked, no facilities, no bonuses, no professional development, inconvenience in picking job assignments, sometimes takes hours to find assignments. In short, would not recommend anyone working here.

Pros

You can choose the days and schools you want to substitute at, and you're supposed to be able to choose the class you substitute for but often times you show up to the school and they put you somewhere else. Weekly pay is also a pro.

Cons

Dealing with this generation of kids can be difficult, not being able to substitute for classes you chose to sub for, sometimes the teacher assigns work in google classroom so you're just sitting there babysitting basically, which can be boring.
