Contribute to education without being in the schools

Cons

The company dangles potential growth for salary with no actual timeline of bonuses. Tedious work and little room for mobility. You do not receive a lot of support from your manager.

Great with communication. Easy to view and select jobs.

Cons

Not a lot of incentives. Limited surrounding district opportunities in my area. Lacks training opportunities outside of initial orientation.
