Probably the better places to work as a substitute teacher

Adding another district to your pool is easy as you already did your background check. You will always find work dependant on the days that you are available. Flexibility Weekly Pay

Cons

Pay is dependant on the school district (not really within ESS's control though) Some schools can be tough (Again, not within ESS's control)
