Being able to work for the districts and schools I choose.

Cons

I got told I would get weekly pay, and my second check comes around and I got told I would be getting biweekly pay. Even though everything on the ESS Website says weekly pay. I am definitely upset about that. There are little to no training available. You pretty much just get thrown in to subbing blindly.

We understand your disappointment in receiving biweekly pay when you expected to be paid weekly. Weekly pay is offered in the vast majority of the districts we serve but there are a few areas that have not yet been converted. We're working on it! As for training, we offer upfront training, ongoing professional development modules, comprehensive training guides, and more.
