Terrible management, we had none for almost my entire time with the company Unrealistic expectations Overworked for little pay Contract was illegal, they went to court and lost

Really Flexible Work Environment

Choose your own schedule, get to choose the age range and subject you want to work with, convenient hours, fun variety from day-to-day.

Cons

Pay isn’t the best, occasionally your schedule is changed if that building needs you somewhere else more urgently, not many negatives it’s been a rather positive experience
