Pros

I like that I am able to accept or deny a substitute job on daily basis. I like the variety of school choices in which to teach as well as the various age groups.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage. Also, you can arrive to an assigned job only to learn the school has taken the liberty of re-assigning you to another room to fill a requirement need without asking.
