Pros

Flexible (can pick up jobs the day of or in advance), Pay every Friday, Hired quickly. Allows you to see what teaching is really like.

Cons

Pay is different in different districts. The two districts I sub in pay $105 and $127. Sometimes recruiters/account managers will not respond to your emails which is extremely frustrating. Account managers can also be very unprofessional over email.
