Pros

depends on the school you get placed but by my experience everyone was friendly and kids were easily managed

Cons

not too many cons i can think off. Some schools have longer work times and lesser pay depending on the area.

Pros

Great flexibility and environment. Can set your schedule how you need it. Can work in one school district or other schools as well. Some larger cities pay a little more than the smaller districts.

Cons

Pay isn’t that great, no benefits, holiday pay, or pto.
