Flexible schedule, nice employer with friendly helpful staff. They have bonuses one can earn each month in the form of gift cards.

Cons

The pay is really low. And long term sub assignments are only $50 more per week.

Flexible hours. The school system I work at is great. Students are overall respectful and teachers leave detailed plans.

You have to check for openings like all the time to get a job.
