Pros

You have complete control over what days you work(within normal school hours). Pay is good and it’s fun! If you have lots of energy and can handle elementary, it’s a blast! And if not, there’s middle and high schools.

Cons

Job listings are often put up a week in advance, so planning can be slightly difficult sometimes. Takes lots of patience and energy, especially with younger ages.

Choose your own schedule, get to choose the age range and subject you want to work with, convenient hours, fun variety from day-to-day.

Cons

Pay isn’t the best, occasionally your schedule is changed if that building needs you somewhere else more urgently, not many negatives it’s been a rather positive experience
