Pros

Teaching children and making a difference in their life.

Cons

They pay, the workload, you're not always teaching. You may also cover for paraprofessionals, and lunch staff. Be prepared to change assignments quickly. Every day is a surprise, as you don't know your assignment until the time of your arrival.

Good company and part time or full time work. Many schools available to work for in various subject matter or grade levels.

Cons

Pay can sometimes be lower when compared to other companies out there. For example $100 to $130 Some other private companies will pay $200 a day or $20 to $23 per hr.
