Cons

You have to buy access to an app in order to get the good assignments before anyone else.

Pros

If you have children whom attend school, then this job fits their school schedule perfectly.

Cons

My only complaints of working for ess is the fact that you don’t get paid for holidays and the hourly pay is lower than the work that’s expected of you.
