ESS provided a lot of resources to help you feel prepared to enter different schools, environments, and situations regarding the children.

Cons

Being on a new campus everyday was taxing learning to navigate. Children disciplines varied heavily and teacher instructions weren't always clear leaving you to make decisions on how students should spend their day with little insight on what they had been working on.
