Pros

There's work everyday. I was able to go online and select the school I wanted to work in for the day. If you're only comfortable with younger children, you could limit your search to elementary school.

Cons

The health insurance plan wasn't good.

ESS is a very flexible job so you can work when you want or as much as you want. HR is super nice.
