Pros

If you get a Building Sub position you will be in the same building everyday and get a better pay. If you are day to day you have a better choice of where you want to work and what class but make a lot less.

Cons

Hard to reach some of the mangament through email. Had to fight to get the pay we deserve when in a position for more than 4 days.
